About the role
This opportunity is with Mercor, a platform that connects highly skilled creative and technical professionals with AI research teams. The company is based in San Francisco and is backed by Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
The position is for a Healthcare / Clinical Evaluator working remotely on a contract basis. Compensation is set at $80–$120 per hour.
What you will do
- Review AI-generated content using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot factual mistakes, visual issues, and presentation problems across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write clear, organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong healthcare / clinical expertise to assess and score responses.
- Work independently on an asynchronous schedule and deliver within deadlines.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare / clinical work. Strong command of English is required at a native or professional level. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Slides, is also expected.
Preferred profile
A master's degree or higher from a reputable institution is preferred.
