As part of an expansion within the USA, Medico Hub seeks local professionals to drive business development.
Position Overview and Compensation
This is a full-time Business Development Consultant role based in the United States. The selected candidate will engage directly with healthcare facilities and decision-makers to promote the company's services. Earnings range from USD 500 to 800 monthly, dependent on experience, alongside appealing performance bonuses and client acquisition rewards. Career advancement opportunities are available.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to hospitals, medical centers, clinics, physician groups, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers.
- Engage with key stakeholders including Hospital CEOs, HR Managers, Medical Directors, Practice Managers, and decision makers.
- Identify and generate staffing requirements for physicians, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and support staff.
- Market Medico Hub's healthcare recruitment, staffing solutions, third-party payroll, and AI hospital management software offerings.
- Arrange and carry out client meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain enduring client relationships while meeting monthly sales goals.
- Prepare daily visit reports and provide weekly business progress updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, staffing, recruitment, medical sales, or B2B sales environments.
- Outstanding command of English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a professional network and client relationships.
- Possession of a valid U.S. driving license; owning a vehicle is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic territory.
