We are currently seeking part-time and relief Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to become valued members of our care team based at Ashbury Nursing Home, located in Deansgrange/Blackrock, County Dublin.
Role Responsibilities
The chosen individuals will support nursing personnel in ensuring a safe and compassionate environment for our residents. Duties include assisting with daily living activities such as providing companionship and personal care, specifically tailored to older adults.
Candidate Qualifications and Character
- Possession of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with elderly individuals in a care setting.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.

Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay rate is 314.15 per hour, subject to experience and credentials, including additional premiums for Sundays and bank holidays with performance-related salary reviews.
