Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our expanding team on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 to 39 hours weekly). The position offers guaranteed hours with competitive pay starting from 0 per hour and immediate interviews for qualified candidates.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care to elderly residents, enhancing their comfort and wellbeing.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support residents with mobility requirements safely and respectfully.
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally, have a minimum of one year of experience in elder care; however, candidates new to the career are encouraged to apply.
- Possess or be pursuing QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare, or hold a relevant Nursing or Allied Health Degree. Fully funded QQI Level 5 training is available for qualifying candidates.
- Successful completion of Garda Clearance and provision of suitable character references.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Must hold EU/EEA citizenship or have unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
