Overview
We are urgently seeking candidates for Health Surveyor positions responsible for conducting health-related surveys within specified local areas. This role involves collecting data on health card ownership and issuing new health cards while engaging directly with the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform door-to-door or site-specific surveys to collect information about health card status and distribution.
- Communicate clearly the objective of the survey to respondents and provide answers to their queries or concerns.
- Maintain precise records of survey responses using either paper forms or digital tools.
Requirements
- At minimum, completion of Higher Secondary education is required, graduates and those with higher qualifications are welcome.
Additional Details
- Monthly salary ranges from 12,500 to 13,500 INR, with additional incentives.
- Work schedule consists of an 8-hour workday with Sundays off.
- Survey assignments are localized to candidates' own block or Panchayet areas.
