Overview
We are urgently seeking candidates for Health Survey positions based in Puruliya, West Bengal. The role involves collecting crucial data related to health card ownership and distribution within designated local areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out door-to-door or site-specific surveys to collect information regarding health card possession and facilitate the issuance of new health cards to eligible individuals.
- Clearly describe the objectives of the survey to participants and respond to any queries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain precise records of responses using paper forms or digital recording tools.
- Operate within the assigned block or Panchayat for efficient coverage of the target population.
Requirements
- Educational qualification ranging from completion of Higher Secondary education to graduation or higher.
Terms & Conditions
- Monthly compensation ranges from ₹12,500 to ₹13,500, supplemented with additional incentives.
- The working schedule is 8 hours daily with Sundays off.
Work Location
Puruliya district, West Bengal, India. Work will be performed in the candidate's own block or Panchayat area.
