Job description
Overview
This permanent, full-time position within the Health Service Executive (HSE) South West region, based in The Erinville, Western Road, Cork City, invites applications from both internal HSE employees and external candidates. The role is designated under HSCP Project Officer grade 3149 and focuses on managing projects related to Disability Services practice education within Health and Social Care Professions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects ensuring their successful completion and delivery of intended outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple professional groups to work towards shared objectives.
- Engage and coordinate efforts across diverse stakeholder groups to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Apply knowledge and experience related to clinical placements within Health and Social Care Professions, understanding both the benefits and challenges involved.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and delivering projects with tangible successful results.
- Demonstrated ability to work in inter-professional settings to achieve unified goals.
- Experience working collaboratively within multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with clinical placements in Health and Social Care Professions and insight into associated opportunities and challenges.
