Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will play a key role in advancing BJAK's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets, and teams. This senior operational position requires aligning leadership, managing operating cadence, resolving cross-functional challenges, and transforming strategic plans into tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of strategic priorities related to the AI Neobank initiative.
- Establish and oversee operating rhythms including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and ensuring accountability.
- Coordinate complex workstreams spanning product development, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
- Develop concise decision memos, preparation of board and leadership presentations, execution plans, and performance evaluations.
- Proactively identify potential gaps, risks, and dependencies to prevent serious obstacles.
- Support leadership in making informed trade-offs involving people, capital, product, and market priorities.
- Manage special projects that require senior-level judgement and cross-functional authority.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven operational experience in leading strategic execution across multiple teams.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.
- Capable of transitioning seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed implementation without loss of quality.
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional market expansion is highly valued.
