Role Overview
The Chief of Staff role at BJAK is a senior leadership execution position responsible for advancing the expansion of BJAK's AI-driven Neobank across products, markets, and teams. This role requires aligning leadership, managing operational cadence, resolving cross-team challenges, and translating strategic goals into actionable, measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives related to BJAK's AI Neobank priorities.
- Establish and maintain operational rhythms including OKRs, leadership communication, decision tracking, and accountability frameworks.
- Coordinate critical workstreams across departments such as product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
- Develop clear decision documents, leadership and board presentations, execution plans, and performance analyses.
- Anticipate and address potential gaps, risks, and dependencies before they escalate.
- Support leadership in making informed trade-offs regarding personnel, capital allocation, product focus, and market priorities.
- Handle special projects requiring senior-level judgment and cross-functional authority.
