Healthcare Assistant - Home Support

About the Role

This recruitment is for the Health Service Executive (HSE) Dublin and South East region, covering counties including Waterford, South Tipperary, Kilkenny, Carlow, and Wexford. The position is for Healthcare Assistants providing home support services. Both permanent whole-time and part-time roles are available, with a possibility of forming a panel from which current and future vacancies may be filled.

Key Information

• This opportunity is open to both existing HSE employees and external candidates.
• A pre-existing panel for Healthcare Assistant (Home Support) exists, which will take priority for future roles over this supplementary recruitment panel.

Location

Positions are located across Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford, and Wexford within the HSE Dublin and South East area.

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in a caregiving role, whether in formal or informal settings, is essential.
• A full driving license is required due to the nature of home support work.
• Competency in basic IT skills is necessary to perform job duties effectively.
