About the Role

Join Acer Mews, a care home under Exemplar Health Care, as a Health Care Assistant responsible for supporting adults with complex care needs in Ashton-under-Lyne. This position involves working 24-hour contracts with shifts from 8am-2pm or 6pm-12pm and offers a rate of £12.71 per hour upon completion of the Exemplar Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to residents
• Support individuals during meal times
• Understand and attend to each person's unique health and wellbeing requirements
• Encourage participation in social activities both within and outside the home
• Promote choice, dignity, independence, and respect among residents
• Accurately complete and maintain care records
