Job Overview
Electus Healthcare is looking to recruit a compassionate and committed Health Care Assistant to work at the Larne Care Centre, located at 46 Coastguard Road, Larne, Northern Ireland. Role Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care attentively and respectfully, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Support and encourage residents to retain their independence
- Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
- Engage residents through meaningful activities and provide companionship
Candidate Requirements
- Kind-hearted, compassionate individuals with a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training will be supplied
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
