Key Responsibilities

• Offer genuine companionship and emotional support, helping to reduce feelings of isolation among clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks, along with light household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain safe and comfortable living environments.
• Facilitate community engagement by helping clients attend social events, shopping trips, and essential appointments.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in providing care, including domestic assistance and community transport focused on supporting independent lifestyles.
• Strong communication skills for accurate documentation of care and effective collaboration with clients' families and care coordinators.
• Mandatory possession or willingness to quickly obtain valid First Aid and CPR certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.
• Possession of a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly advantageous but not compulsory if relevant experience is shown.
