  • Manage and support the Transformation Office Manager, five Programme Managers, and the Change Lead, providing direction, coaching, and leadership for delivery of complex multi-year programmes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the transformation function and executive leadership, keeping communication clear on progress, risks, and value realisation.
  • Control the transformation budget and put in place ways to monitor, confirm, and report both financial and non-financial benefits from the portfolio.
  • Drive change management approaches that help new processes, systems, and operating models become fully adopted across the business.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and openness to change.
  • Ensure all transformation work stays centered on delivering the right outcomes for customers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to wider business strategy and advise senior leaders on planning and delivery challenges.
  • Keep the transformation office aligned with current industry methods, best practices, and technologies in change and programme delivery.
  • Oversee relationships with suppliers and external consultants involved in transformation work.
  • Monitor health and safety performance within the area of responsibility.
  • Support directors in building a positive health and safety culture and encourage ongoing improvement.
  • Work with the Health and Safety team so that statutory obligations are met.
  • Follow emergency response procedures when incidents require involvement from relevant authorities and support investigations as needed.
