Role Overview

We seek a dedicated leader who will fully own the supply chain operations, addressing challenges proactively before they escalate. This includes managing the entire supply chain lifecycle and ensuring seamless continuity without the need for constant founder involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Forecast inventory requirements and plan stock levels effectively.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate freight forwarding and logistics processes.
• Handle customs clearance and import procedures.
• Supervise third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Manage ERP systems and generate accurate supply chain reporting.
• Negotiate costs and payment terms to optimize expenses.
• Develop scalable systems to support company growth.

• Expertise in international logistics and managing suppliers, especially from China.
• Skills in inventory forecasting and procurement negotiation.
• Knowledge of 3PL operations and ERP platforms.
• Experience in team leadership and operational system development.
• Decisive, problem-solving mindset and accountability-driven.
