- Establish and nurture relationships with custodians, TAMPs, enterprise partners, asset managers, WealthTech/Fintech firms, and other major players within the wealth management arena.
- Lead high-level discussions and contract negotiations with large enterprises, acting as the main contact point between SyntheticFi and key strategic partners.
Candidate Profile
- Brings five to ten years of senior-level experience (Director, VP, MD, or equivalent) in enterprise relationship management, business development, or similar roles within WealthTech, AdvisorTech, asset management, custodial platforms, TAMPs, investment providers, or related financial services sectors; alternatively, a minimum of three years of hands-on strategic partnership experience.
- Proven ability to initiate, negotiate, and oversee complex agreements with major financial institutions and senior leaders.
- Possesses strong strategic insight to identify and cultivate partnerships adding lasting value through product, operational, market, or corporate growth enhancements.
- Experience managing a significant product category, partnership portfolio, distribution channel, or business unit interacting with diverse clients and partners.
- Outstanding communication, persuasive negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills capable of influencing senior executives and navigating intricate organizations.
- Highly autonomous with strong ownership capabilities, confidently representing SyntheticFi in a dynamic startup setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of options, derivatives, securities-backed or institutional lending, or capital markets instruments.
- Experience in both large-scale financial firms and rapidly expanding startup environments.
Why Choose SyntheticFi?
- Lead the company's strategic partnership growth and enhance our influence in the wealth management ecosystem.
- Manage high-impact relationships with custodians, TAMPs, asset managers, and WealthTech platforms to influence business outcomes materially.
- Directly collaborate with founders and executive leadership, contributing significantly to company strategy and partnership development decisions.
- Assume a pivotal leadership role in managing complex enterprise partnerships and shaping industry interaction.
- Join at a critical expansion phase with considerable ownership opportunities and meaningful equity stakes in a fast-growing FinTech venture.

- Performance bonus potential up to 25% annually.
- Equity allocation between 0.5% and 1.0%.
