Head of Region APAC (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Region APAC to oversee the commercial growth and operational management of the APAC region within our International Markets division. In this leadership position, you will guide your team in nurturing and expanding our regional partner network to drive continuous business growth and ensure effective implementation of regional strategies for our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the APAC regional team based at headquarters, promoting collaboration and driving execution of business objectives.
• Assume accountability for the region's financial results, involving planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Formulate and deploy growth strategies tailored to market trends, business opportunities, and client requirements.
• Support regional product launches and coordinate related commercial, marketing, and training initiatives alongside internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and enhance partnerships with regional distributors and business partners to ensure productive collaboration and strong performance.
• Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations, while facilitating operational processes across the regional partner network.
• Coordinate supply chain and forecasting activities to guarantee alignment with both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications and Profile

• University degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in international commercial leadership roles with strong involvement in APAC markets, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven success in managing and expanding regional business operations and partner networks within complex international contexts.
• Robust background in product launches, commercial strategy execution, and market development in regulated industries.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and developing high-performing international teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage with senior-level stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Strong business insight, intercultural sensitivity, entrepreneurial spirit, and solid project management competence.
