Role Overview

As the Head of Product for Wealth & Trading, you will lead the strategy and execution for Revolut's trading platforms, investment products, and wealth management solutions. Your focus will be on crafting intuitive user experiences and driving global scalability while maintaining product simplicity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define product strategy, roadmap, and user experience for Wealth & Trading offerings including trading platforms and investment features.
• Balance business goals, customer needs, and UX excellence to shape product vision.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to develop scalable, elegant solutions.
• Mentor product team members to achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritization effectively in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
• Utilize AI and automation technologies to improve trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interaction.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 7 years' product management experience, ideally within fintech, trading, or wealth management sectors.
• At least 3 years managing multiple product teams in complex, product-led organizations.
• Strong expertise in UX-focused product development, particularly on customer-facing platforms with significant complexity.
• Proven skill in defining and executing product strategies, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and business acumen to prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and customer value.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to engage hands-on from idea to launch.
• Experience building sophisticated products under ambiguity and in dynamic environments.

Desirable: Experience in trading, investment platforms, or equity research with an ability to simplify complex financial concepts into user-friendly products.
