Job Overview
The Head of Primary is responsible for leading the primary department, ensuring exceptional standards of performance, developing policies, monitoring progress, and supporting staff. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders to align departmental objectives with the broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of the primary department to maintain high-performance standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures specific to the department.
- Monitor departmental activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Offer guidance and support to the department's staff members.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure departmental alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Have at least five years of experience managing a department.
- Demonstrate a proven record of successful leadership in departmental roles.

- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiency.
