Role Overview

There is a growing demand among families for skilled professionals to organize educational, creative, and recreational activities that promote learning and development in children and youth. Tus Media is seeking enthusiastic monitors and coordinators to conduct sessions tailored to students of varying ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead educational, creative, and leisure activities that engage participants.
• Encourage participation, teamwork, and learning through group-appropriate interactive methods.
• Design customized activities that correspond to the ages and interests of participants.
• Support and motivate students throughout each session to enhance their engagement.
• Monitor and assess participants' involvement and progress continuously.

Requirements

• Educational background or experience in Education, Teaching, Social Integration, Sociocultural Animation, Leisure and Free Time, or related fields.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Possess a dynamic attitude, creativity, and effective communication skills.
• Dedication to the welfare and learning development of participants.
