Role Overview

As the Head of Partnerships, you will oversee and shape the entire partnerships division, including crafting strategy, managing the new business pipeline, overseeing partner integrations, driving commercial results, and expanding brand alliances. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leadership position carries significant strategic influence and full commercial responsibility, including leading and mentoring a dedicated partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with marketing, product, and risk teams and the company's broader objectives.
  • Lead generation and management of a new partner pipeline, securing impactful partnerships across financial services, fintech, and related areas.
  • Build and nurture brand partnerships to widen Loqbox's reach and strengthen its mission.
  • Be accountable for partnership-related revenue, margins, and growth, consistently optimizing ongoing partnerships through data-driven insights.
  • Supervise partner product integrations working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure scalable and seamless launches.
  • Serve as the primary senior contact for strategic partners on product and proposition matters.
  • Lead and develop the partnerships team, fostering accountability and creating an environment conducive to high performance.
  • Contribute as a key member of leadership to Loqbox's overall commercial and go-to-market strategies.

Profile & Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen with fluency in key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and revenue generation.
  • Proven ability to build a robust pipeline, structure complex deals, and manage partner relationships end-to-end.
  • Adept at balancing immediate commercial outcomes with strategic, long-term value prioritization.
  • Experienced leader of partnership functions encompassing new business, commercial, and brand partnerships within financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Knowledgeable about FCA regulations and committed to ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
  • Ability to cultivate senior-level relationships both internally and externally, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • A hands-on and strategic leadership style with dedication to team development and leading by example.
