About the Role
Hartmann Young is collaborating with a rapidly expanding digital health firm to recruit a Head of Operations. This newly established position reports directly to the CEO and will spearhead the development and leadership of operational capabilities supporting the growth of a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organisation possesses the manpower, processes, and structure necessary to efficiently manage enterprise programs as the company scales within provider and value-based care sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational functions to maintain excellence across departments.
- Design and implement strategies that bolster growth and scalability.
- Enhance and optimise workflows, systems, and key performance indicators to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
- Supervise the deployment and management of enterprise RPM projects.
- Lead client onboarding, implementation procedures, and delivery to guarantee a smooth customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure contracts translate seamlessly into fulfilled deployments.
- Recruit, guide, and nurture high-performing operations teams.
- Promote ongoing enhancements in customer service, project execution, and operational effectiveness.
- Function as a vital strategic contributor to the CEO in business planning and organizational expansion.
Candidate Profile
- More than ten years of leadership experience in healthcare technology operations.
- Proven history of managing operations within fast-growing RPM, virtual care, or healthcare SaaS companies.
- Expertise in developing scalable operational methodologies and infrastructure.
- Experienced in overseeing customer implementations, project delivery, and operational metrics.
- Familiarity with provider workflows and healthcare operational standards.
- Previous collaboration with health systems, provider networks, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), or value-based care entities.
- Success in leading and cultivating interdisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset leveraging KPIs and reporting systems to drive performance.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to partner effectively with executive leadership.
