Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Office to lead our Tanzanian operations in Dar es Salaam. This senior leadership position involves full ownership of the local office, directing day-to-day activities, managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as the primary representative of CK Funded Pro in Tanzania. The role offers direct engagement with global leadership and meaningful influence on the company’s growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Tanzania office operations daily
• Serve as the company’s local ambassador, liaising with partners, institutions, and stakeholders
• Champion growth initiatives, foster partnerships, and enhance community engagement locally
• Manage personnel, administrative tasks, and strive for operational excellence onsite
• Guarantee strict adherence to all Tanzanian regulatory frameworks including BRELA, TRA, labor laws, and relevant financial regulations
• Maintain clear and effective communication between the Tanzanian team and the global leadership

Candidate Profile

• Resides in Tanzania, preferably Dar es Salaam, with comprehensive knowledge of the local market and business environment
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in operations
• Fluent in both English and Swahili with strong communication skills
• Exemplifies integrity, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help build and scale the business
• Familiar with Tanzanian compliance and regulatory standards
• Prior experience or knowledge of trading or financial markets is highly desirable
