Job Overview
As the Senior Manager, you will oversee the business unit operations and administration, manage contracts, and ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations. The role involves close collaboration with business development and external partners to secure new projects, optimize resource usage, and maintain strong customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all operational and administrative activities within the unit to maintain smooth and efficient processes.
- Oversee contract profit and loss by tracking financial performance and applying cost-control strategies.
- Deliver effective solutions tailored to client requirements while nurturing robust customer relationships.
- Work in partnership with Business Development teams to acquire new contracts and support business expansion.
- Collaborate with partners and contractors to meet critical KPIs and project objectives.
- Supervise the management of key materials to minimize wastage and enhance resource efficiency.
- Ensure stringent adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance through regular audits and project assessments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering certified by a recognized Professional Engineer Board.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within workshop or service industry settings.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities managing teams and projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
