Job Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and accelerate Marketri's own growth initiatives. This position represents our first dedicated leadership role focused on internal marketing and demand generation, blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution. The individual will take full ownership of the channels and systems that fuel our sales pipeline, including SEO, conversion optimization, content and thought leadership, email marketing, and webinar management.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic marketer who thrives on building and managing a comprehensive demand generation engine from concept to execution, someone who is not just planning but also actively implementing marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Marketri's comprehensive marketing strategy from start to finish.
• Manage and continually enhance the demand generation process, using data-driven techniques to improve website performance, technical SEO, and user conversion paths.
• Lead organic search efforts and site conversion with expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, landing pages, and ongoing conversion rate optimization testing.
• Create and manage a thought leadership program that converts company expertise into high-value content that builds visibility, authority, and demand.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmentation, lifecycle programs, and related reporting to track effectiveness.
• Initiate and run a webinar program designed to increase industry awareness and nurture sales leads.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development by managing outreach efforts, sequencing communications, and supporting content to sustain proactive demand generation independent of any single individual.
• Operate Marketri's proprietary AI agent ecosystem to enhance the marketing engine and demonstrate the effectiveness of our AI tools.
• Mentor and improve the capabilities of marketing collaborators to raise execution quality throughout the team.
• Define key performance metrics, manage reporting systems, and ensure transparent linkage between marketing activities, pipeline development, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of B2B marketing experience, demonstrating significant expertise in SEO, CRO, content marketing, and demand generation.
• Proven history of creating and operating demand generation engines that deliver measurable pipeline growth, preferably in lean environments where strategy and execution are both managed personally.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of technical and content SEO, along with a track record of successful conversion rate optimization.
• Strong capability to develop and oversee thought leadership content, whether through writing or education of contributors.
• Experience managing email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Self-motivated and independent operator who excels in roles requiring autonomy and full ownership.
• Proficiency with contemporary marketing technologies including HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Databox.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable engaging with executive leadership.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI-driven marketing tools and a demonstrated ability to leverage them for efficiency and innovation.
