About Cambria Automobiles
Starting a transformative journey in 2026, Cambria Automobiles Limited is poised to elevate its position within the UK automotive sector. Operating across England and Scotland under names like Grange, Invicta, Motorparks, and Pure Triumph, the company proudly represents a portfolio of prestigious, environmentally conscious brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls Royce, Triumph, Omoda, Jaecoo, MG, Alpine, Corvette, INEOS, Mazda, and Chery. This era marks an unprecedented shift in the automotive landscape, with a focus on leading digital customer engagement and creating seamless guest experiences.
Role Purpose
The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing activities for Cambria Automobiles. This includes crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns designed to boost overall business performance across sales, aftersales, remarketing, and new customer acquisition. The role also involves optimizing organic marketing channels such as social media, partnerships, endorsements, and testimonials to maximize reach and impact within budgetary parameters.
Key projects include enhancing the digital guest journey through a fully transactional, engaging next-generation website, advancing social media initiatives, and leveraging a robust database of over 500,000 guests. The role requires managing and evolving CRM systems and lead management processes to improve operational efficiency and marketing results, including system adaptation for potential external use.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will bring a blend of experience in marketing strategy development, brand positioning, and digital product enthusiasm, even if not directly from the automotive trade. They should possess a creative yet commercially aware mindset, demonstrating an entrepreneurial leadership style that inspires and motivates the marketing team. Experience influencing senior leadership with strategic insights and delivering effective, timely marketing solutions under budget controls is essential.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for strategizing and executing every aspect of customer-facing digital interactions—from initial discovery through retention—working closely with operations to create personalized journeys, optimize customer conversion and lifetime value, and measure success via defined KPIs.
