Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and energetic Brand and Partnerships Specialist to join the expanding marketing team at Chery UK. This role involves driving the execution of various brand, product, and partnership campaigns and crafting strategies to strengthen our brand position as we accelerate growth within the UK market. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will contribute to the entire marketing funnel, ensuring all messaging, tone, and creative outputs are consistent while continuously identifying ways to enhance and refresh marketing approaches.
This position demands excellent creative and communication abilities, alongside proficient management of multiple projects and stakeholders. The role offers a chance for a proactive professional to step in, assume responsibility, and deliver significant impact at one of the UK's most exciting automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with key agencies, overseeing content and asset delivery for national brand campaigns on a daily basis.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches across above-the-line (ATL), digital, social media, CRM, retail, and experiential platforms.
- Guarantee all marketing communications conform to brand guidelines, maintaining a uniform tone, messaging, and visual style.
- Support UK's brand strategy and market positioning initiatives.
- Help develop campaign briefs and manage projects through all phases to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and deliver post-campaign reports with insights and suggestions.
- Contribute to creating presentations and business cases for senior leadership consideration.
- Assist in activating strategic collaborations including brand partnerships, ambassador programs, talent alliances, and sports sponsorships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize partnership impact across marketing channels.
- Coordinate creation and deployment of partnership assets to meet agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Support event coordination, retailer activations, and experiential marketing linked to partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day communications with rights holders, agencies, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 to 4 years of marketing experience focusing on brand management or partnerships.
- Background in automotive, lifestyle, or consumer brands is essential.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to execute integrated campaigns.
- Strong skills in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with confidence in presenting ideas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in building impactful presentations.
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude, ready to take ownership and drive projects forward.
- Desirable qualifications include understanding of broader marketing disciplines such as digital marketing, ATL media, performance marketing, PR, CRM, and retail marketing.
- Experience with partnership activations, sponsorships, or sports marketing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is an asset.
- Previous exposure to start-ups, challenger brands, or fast-growing businesses is advantageous.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence and readiness to travel as required.
