Position Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager for Partnerships Canada is tasked with accelerating revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns aimed at consortia, host agencies, and key trade partners across North America. This position blends strategic planning, data analysis, and relationship building to uncover opportunities, design creative marketing initiatives, and deepen partner collaboration. Partnering closely with Business Development and other teams, this role is central to positioning Collette as the top advisor-friendly tour operator and achieving impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies that foster growth, partner engagement, and revenue expansion within significant trade partnerships.
- Convert business goals and partner objectives into tactical marketing plans, campaigns, and actionable insights.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with partners, working alongside Business Development to align on account strategies and collaborative growth efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Product, Creative, Project Management, and Operations teams to roll out integrated marketing programs.
- Oversee and manage partner marketing budgets, deadlines, deliverables, performance reporting, and return on investment evaluation.
- Evaluate partner and advisor engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to pinpoint opportunities and refine strategies.
- Deliver presentations on results, strategic advice, and growth potential to both internal and partner stakeholders.
- Represent Collette at partner meetings and relevant industry events to maintain and grow trade relationships.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor actions, advisor opinions, and partner needs to guide strategy evolution.
- Promote continuous improvement using performance data, innovative approaches, and sharing of best practices.
- Lead subordinate staff and undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related disciplines.
- 5 to 8+ years of demonstrated success in growth marketing, partnerships, sales, product marketing, or similar fields with proven revenue growth results.
- Expertise in partner marketing, account-based marketing, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and driving revenue expansion.
- Preference for candidates familiar with consortia, host agencies, travel advisors, trade partnerships, or the travel and tourism sector.
- Strong analytical capabilities to utilize performance data, market intelligence, and advisor feedback for opportunity identification and optimization.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting returns, and evaluating marketing efficacy.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with project management proficiency to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered resources.
- Ability to influence across departments, solve complex problems strategically, and execute successfully in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel for meetings, trade shows, and internal collaboration as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is from 90000 to 125000 Canadian Dollars annually.
