Job description
About the Company
DFT is a Bielefeld-based specialist in automated sorting and conveyor technology for intralogistics systems. Founded in 1954 as part of Dürkoppwerke, the business became an independent GmbH in 1995 and joined the KNAPP Group in 2010. Today, DFT employs more than 550 people and serves customers in fashion, retail, pharma, electronics, and parcel & post.
Since 2025, DFT has operated as the KNAPP Group’s center of excellence for sorting technology. Its portfolio includes flexible sorting platforms such as the modular Push-Tray-Sorter, designed to adapt to specific customer requirements. Another milestone was the 100th installation using proven adapter technology in hanging conveyor systems in 2025.
