A strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud environments, and SaaS tools is important. Practical exposure to Azure or AWS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Active Directory, and Power Platform is expected. Experience across CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and field service environments will be valuable. The role suits someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-moving setting.
