Role Overview
Archer is looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its Greater Dublin team. This is a performance-focused position where progression is based on results, with no dependence on tenure or office politics. What You Will Do
In this role, you will support hiring across the IT market while working closely with clients and candidates. You will help grow the business, contribute to team success, and build your own career through strong delivery.
- Manage client relationships and maintain regular contact with businesses across different sectors.
- Source, assess, and shortlist candidates for IT-related roles using networking, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Keep up to date with the IT market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use that knowledge to guide recruitment activity and client conversations.

Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience from any industry; prior recruitment experience is not required.
