Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process by aligning client and candidate expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate and problem-solve to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed defined targets and KPIs.
  • Secure placements that contribute to revenue through commission earnings and career advancement.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a professional capacity, ideally within financial advisory.
  • Ability to commute to the office in Dublin 2, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6 PM.
