Overview
HyperTech Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Team Leader for its Career Counselling division. This role demands a dynamic and result-driven individual adept at managing and inspiring a team while also meeting personal targets. The leader will be responsible for engaging with students, graduates, and professionals via calls, understanding their career goals, presenting our specialized training offerings, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will not only achieve their own admission objectives but also direct, train, and motivate a group of Career Counsellors. This includes conducting coaching sessions, regular performance evaluations, tracking daily work output, ensuring leads are pursued timely, improving conversion metrics, managing escalations, and fostering a positive, high-achieving team culture.
Required Skills and Expertise
The role requires strong leadership and people management capabilities coupled with excellent communication and persuasion skills. A sales-oriented approach, adeptness at negotiation, CRM proficiency, Microsoft Excel familiarity, and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential. Experience in EdTech, education sales, career counselling, or admissions and prior leadership of high-performance teams is highly advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any field and have a minimum of one year’s experience in Education Sales, Career Counselling, or Team Leadership. Preference will be given to candidates with prior involvement in the EdTech sector.
