Field Recruiter - Kharagpur

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team in Kharagpur. Your primary responsibility will be to locate, engage, and onboard bike riders and cab driver-partners through various field recruitment efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and readiness to travel extensively within the designated location.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit bike riders and cab driver-partners via local field visits, campaigns, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
• Conduct outreach in the field to reach potential candidates effectively.
• Communicate details about the onboarding procedure, earning potential, incentives, and necessary documents.
• Support candidates with collecting and verifying documents and completing profile registrations.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely activation of partners.
• Monitor daily recruitment, onboarding, and activation activities and report progress.
• Meet set hiring targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and prepare regular recruitment MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 12th grade education completed; graduates are preferred.
• Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the allocated area.
• Basic familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets is advantageous.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
