Job description
About Silvar
Silvar represents the pinnacle of chauffeur travel, catering to London's most discerning clientele. Working alongside operators who provide the vehicles and chauffeurs, Silvar contributes demand, brand prestige, and innovative technology. Launching this year in London, the fleet includes executive saloons and rare, high-end vehicles, with partnerships playing a critical role in our success.
Role Overview
This position is the company's key commercial recruitment. Unlike typical luxury ground travel marketing, clients are acquired primarily through trusted intermediaries such as concierges, executive assistants, private offices, hotels, jet brokers, and fixed-base operators (FBOs). The Head of Growth & Partnerships will establish Silvar as the preferred choice among these gatekeepers.
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of the partner network: developing it, signing new agreements, and converting partnerships into active bookings. This role emphasizes proactive business development rather than passive account management. Frequent engagements will include meetings at prestigious Mayfair hotels, private members' clubs, family offices, and private aviation hubs. Success will be measured by the volume of bookings generated from these relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and secure Silvar’s initial partner network across hospitality, concierge and lifestyle management firms, executive assistants, private offices, and private aviation sectors including FBOs and brokers.
- Drive partner activation so that signed partners consistently generate bookings; the focus is on booking volume rather than just partner count.
- Develop commission and white-label partnership structures that position Silvar as the natural, hassle-free choice at partner desks.
- Maintain ownership of your sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics with weekly reporting.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to refine and expand this partnership strategy into new cities.
Compensation Details
This role offers a base salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 annually, complemented by unlimited performance-based earnings linked directly to booking volume. Compensation can be structured through commission, equity, or a combination, depending on candidate preference and qualifications. Candidates seeking fixed high salaries with minimal performance incentives are not aligned with this role; this is designed for individuals confident in earning based on tangible results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possesses existing relationships within London's luxury, hospitality, private aviation, or ultra-high-net-worth services sectors, or can quickly establish such a network.
- Demonstrates a track record of closing partnerships or B2B deals and can attribute revenue growth to those successes.
- Is comfortable being evaluated on measurable outcomes rather than activity levels.
- Projects professionalism and credibility in interactions with elite concierges and family office principals.
- Is motivated by joining an early-stage venture to build and lead a function rather than managing an established one.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with concierge or lifestyle management firms, luxury hotel groups, private aviation operators, or premium marketplaces, along with an immediately valuable professional network.
Application Instructions
Applicants should submit a brief note describing the network they bring and a partnership they have successfully developed from scratch. Each submission is carefully reviewed.
