Compensation: €85,000–€90,000 DOE, plus bonus, with an OTE of €117,000.
What you'll do

- Improve website performance and increase conversion rates through testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Create and execute organic growth plans, including SEO and AI search optimisation.
- Strengthen lifecycle marketing using email, SMS, and CRM automation.
- Review campaign data, track core performance indicators, and continuously improve return on investment.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver growth projects.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, including 2 or more years in a leadership position.
- A track record of delivering business growth through performance marketing and digital acquisition.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of PPC, SEO, paid social, CRM, and conversion optimisation.

- A commercially minded, data-led approach with a strong interest in testing, learning, and ongoing improvement.
