Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role holds full responsibility for the group's financial management. The Head of Finance will oversee financial reporting, statutory accounting, financial controls, and daily finance operations, while enhancing reporting and analytics to support well-informed commercial decisions. The role acts as a key growth enabler, working closely with senior leadership and contributing significantly to strategic planning, company performance, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial and management accounting activities across the group.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board to formulate financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts, board reports, and consolidated annual financial statements.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and critical reconciliations.
- Manage financial risks related to accounting, taxation, and operational finance.
- Deliver clear, high-quality financial insights and analysis to guide strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Develop robust financial models and evaluate initiatives to support investment decisions.
