Role Overview
The Head of Partnerships and Procurement will lead and implement Yoogo Fleet's strategic approach to procurement and partnerships, specifically focusing on passenger and light commercial vehicles, maintenance services, and vital operational support. This role demands a genuine enthusiasm for the vehicle sector, with experience spanning OEMs, dealerships, servicing, used vehicle markets, or fleet operations. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring commercial success, dependable service delivery, and maintaining superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams involved in procurement, partnerships, or operations.
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement, supplier management, fleet, asset finance, or related financial sectors.
- Expertise in vehicle residual value assessment and broad industry knowledge.
- Develop procurement strategies, ensure commercial governance, and deliver measurable value.
- Manage strategic partnerships and maintain supplier relationships effectively.
- Handle negotiation, contract management, and demonstrate strong commercial insight.
- Oversee supplier risk, compliance, and ensure robust operational controls.
- Enhance processes, implement systems improvements, and enable procurement capabilities.
- Engage stakeholders competently and influence executive leadership.
