Overview

We invite candidates based in the UAE, regardless of nationality, who are open to relocating to Congo to join a leading international enterprise engaged in mining, metals, and natural resources. This organization has a widening global footprint and executes strategic activities in multiple regions focused on sustainable development, responsible resource exploitation, global trade, and long-term commodity investments.

Role Summary

As the Head of Finance, you will command the financial operations of the company by formulating and directing financial strategies, managing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reports, alongside treasury, taxation, and risk management. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will drive compliance, enhance financial health, and provide critical insights to facilitate strategic decisions while supervising the finance team's functions and growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be willing to relocate to Congo.
• Previous experience in sectors such as mining, sponge iron production, power generation, or manufacturing is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, treasury functions, taxation, and financial reporting is required.
• A thorough understanding of IFRS standards and pertinent financial regulations is necessary.
