About the Role

Ignite is excited to partner with a distinguished D2C challenger brand based in London, which has been making significant waves in its industry. This newly established Head of Ecommerce position is pivotal to their ambitious plans to expand the business beyond £20 million this year. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing their D2C and Shopify strategies by collaborating closely with the Founder to formulate and execute growth initiatives. This company offers an open environment with no ceiling to progression, suited for someone with a proven history of scaling businesses from £10 million to over £50 million.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the ecommerce strategy and operations for a rapidly growing D2C subscription brand.
  • Work alongside the Founder to develop comprehensive plans aimed at business expansion.
  • Drive the D2C and Shopify agenda, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across teams to integrate efforts and foster business growth.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience in ecommerce at a senior or head of department level.
  • Previous experience within a D2C subscription business with proven success in substantially scaling brand revenue.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills enabling effective collaboration across multiple functions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £110,000 depending on experience.
  • 25 days' holiday entitlement plus additional day off on birthday and bank holidays.
