About the Role
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner firm seeking a Head of Content based in Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a content plan aimed at delivering measurable outcomes such as increasing organic traffic, boosting sign-ups attributable to content, and enhancing engagement metrics.
- Oversee SEO operations with a focus on keyword rankings, improving search visibility, driving organic traffic, and expanding domain authority.
- Build and maintain an efficient content creation process to ensure a steady flow of quality publications across web, social media, email, and video platforms.
- Maintain high editorial standards by ensuring content accuracy, compliance, brand coherence, and overall quality across all channels.
- Lead, guide, and develop content creators and editors, establishing clear goals and quality expectations.
- Track and optimize engagement metrics specific to channels, such as email open and click rates, social media interaction, and video viewership.
- Create detailed reports on content performance, conversion impacts, and strategic insights for senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with growth, product, and compliance teams to align content initiatives with business goals and regulatory demands.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in content strategy or editorial leadership roles, with at least 3 years exceeding into Head or Director level management.
- Demonstrated background in fintech, cryptocurrency, digital banking, or other rapidly evolving, highly regulated industries.
- Successful track record of enhancing key acquisition indicators including organic traffic, visitor conversion rates, search engine rankings, and customer acquisition driven by content.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on expertise in technical and content SEO strategies targeting measurable results.
- Proficiency managing multi-channel content production including website content, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and video materials.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging data and metrics to steer strategic choices.
- Established leadership skills in team mentoring, performance evaluation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Comprehensive understanding of crypto and fintech concepts for effective communication of complex topics.
- Excellent communication skills suited for international and remote work settings.
