About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and cabinetry repairs as needed across properties.
- Assist with the upkeep of common areas and the property including pool maintenance.
- Manage supplies and complete weekly property inspections adhering to preventive maintenance programs and workplace health and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant knowledge or background in trade or industry maintenance.
- Competence in a wide range of repair tasks covering cabinetry, painting, plumbing, plastering and tiling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently prioritize and solve problems.
- Dedicated to workplace safety and excellent customer service delivery.
- Hold a valid Australian driver's license.
- Experience in landscaping or gardening beneficial.
- Previous experience within hospitality, accommodation, or commercial property settings preferred.
- Physically capable of performing tasks requiring standing for long periods, lifting, bending, kneeling, and safely operating maintenance equipment.

- Position starts on 28th September 2026 at a base rate of $35.02 plus applicable penalties and loading.
