About the Location
The Red Sea Project is an upcoming premier luxury beach destination along Saudi Arabia’s western coast, encompassing pristine islands and lagoons over 200 km of shoreline. Positioned on Shura Island, the resort hub includes amenities such as a yacht marina, leisure facilities, retail outlets, an 18-hole golf course, and more. Sustainability is central to the development, incorporating renewable energy, marine conservation, and eco-friendly designs. The Four Seasons Resort will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites with panoramic beach and sea views, six dining venues, event spaces, a marine discovery center, family and adult-only beaches, a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, and three outdoor pools.
Job Overview
The Guest Services Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Guest Services department, including Front Desk, Concierge, Bell/Door Attendants, and Guest Relations. This role entails ensuring a flawless guest experience from arrival to departure, anticipating needs to personalize service, resolving issues efficiently with empathy, and collaborating closely with other departments to maintain smooth operations. The manager will lead, train, and motivate the team while upholding high service standards and managing productivity and feedback. Supporting recruitment and training especially during the resort's pre-opening phase, as well as ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sustainability guidelines, is also a key responsibility.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort Guest Services, strong operational and training capabilities, and a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences. Experience in pre-opening environments is highly valued. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is beneficial. Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is required. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred, alongside 2-3 years’ leadership experience in a 5-star setting. Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems, excellent organizational and problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to lead multicultural teams are important.
