Compensation
The honorarium is ₹1,500 per lecture, capped at ₹50,000 per month, in line with the applicable UGC notification.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants must satisfy the qualification and experience standards prescribed under the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education, 2018, as amended from time to time. Relevant provisions and notifications issued by UGC, AICTE, NCTE, ICAR, and other statutory regulatory bodies will also apply. Candidates may additionally refer to UGC notification No. F.25-1/2018(PS/MISC.) dated 28 January 2019 and No. F.9-1/2010(PS/MISC)Pt. Vol.I dated 11 October 2021.

Candidates must register on the CU-UGC Chayan recruitment portal, complete the electronic application form, and review the user manual and supporting resources before submission. After successful submission, applicants must download the PDF copy of the application and bring a printed copy to the interview.

Nature of Appointment
