The company places talent into full-time remote roles with direct hiring into client teams and continues to support them throughout the engagement.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, early-build opportunity for a senior go-to-market professional to design the B2B growth engine for an AI coaching platform. The broader business is a profitable, established company in the creator economy, while this position is focused on scaling a newer AI-driven offering quickly.

The main challenge is not deal closing, since the CEO leads that part. Your focus will be opening doors and creating access to the right audiences, including business owners generating €1M+ in revenue, EO/YPO communities, and major conference stages. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and help convert a founder-led sales motion into a repeatable, AI-enabled GTM system.

Location and Work Setup

This position is based on-site in Berlin, Germany, and that location requirement is fixed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run outbound programs for B2B and SMB prospects, keeping a reliable flow of qualified opportunities from high-net-worth founders and larger coaching businesses.
  • Drive education-led growth by landing speaking opportunities at EO/YPO chapters, workshops, and industry events, while managing room strategy to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Shape and maintain the CEO’s public-facing narrative by writing thought leadership content and positioning them as a leading voice in AI transformation and business growth.
  • Design AI-powered GTM workflows with tools such as Clay, Claude, and agent-building platforms to automate prospect research, data enrichment, and personalized outreach.
  • Capture successful tactics into a clear playbook that defines target segments, messaging angles, and offer structures for future scale.
  • Partner closely with the CEO to sharpen positioning, evaluate funnel performance, and prioritize the highest-leverage growth tests.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with AI-native workflow design, including the use of agents and automation tools such as Clay and Apollo to scale sales and growth operations.
  • Proven background in GTM or business development for high-ticket offers, ideally with deal values of €24k or more.
  • A persistent, resourceful approach to reaching difficult-to-access decision makers and building pathways to them through the right connections or platforms.
  • Solid sales understanding with a focus on generating qualified pipeline and revenue rather than only building visibility.
  • Ability to bring structure, execution discipline, and follow-through in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write on behalf of a CEO and manage executive-level brand positioning.
  • Experience launching a B2B or SMB outbound motion from the ground up.
  • Exposure to executive events or community-led growth environments such as EO, YPO, or Vistage.
  • Background in coaching, education, or infopreneurship is an advantage.
  • Previous work as a Chief of Staff or Founder's Associate in a high-growth technology company is a plus.
