Supported by AI-driven systems, the company operates efficiently at scale, redefining modern homeownership.
Role Overview
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will spearhead and expand Honey Homes' paid acquisition strategies to build a robust, efficient, and scalable growth engine. This role demands a data-driven marketing expert who combines analytical skills with practical execution. You'll manage paid channels like Google and Meta, oversee agency collaborations, and influence leadership and product decisions to optimize growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, budget, pacing, forecasting, and reporting across paid channels including Google, Meta, Direct Mail, and new platforms.
- Manage and hold agency partners accountable for high-quality, speedy results.
- Continuously improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and quality of new members.
- Develop precise attribution and forecasting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to enhance lead quality and conversion.
- Build a fast-paced experimentation system to test creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and conversion flows.
- Drive creative testing in partnership with agencies and internal teams, incorporating AI to accelerate research and iteration.
- Discover and validate new growth channels such as YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and Nextdoor by assessing total addressable market (TAM), economics, audience relevance, and scalability.
- Make quick decisions on scaling, iterating, or discontinuing initiatives based on test outcomes.
- Enhance growth analytics by improving reporting systems, funnel analysis, and attribution clarity.
- Create dashboards, forecasting models, and decision tools to inform leadership about CAC trends, payback periods, and overall growth efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and Finance teams to drive better business results.
Core Competencies
- Strong quantitative marketing skills with deep understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, attribution, funnel conversion, and incremental impact.
- Proven performance marketing expertise, especially managing and scaling paid acquisition on Google and Meta.
- Ability to apply systems thinking and sound business judgment beyond campaign execution.
- Comfortable and proficient in using AI tools to accelerate testing, reporting, and creative processes.
- Highly accountable with a proactive, builder mentality focused on quick learning and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, with ownership of paid acquisition at scale.
- Experience with forecasting, experimentation, attribution models, and funnel analytics.
- Background in consumer, marketplace, or membership-based businesses preferred.
- Hands-on management of agency partners to ensure high performance.
- Expertise in experimentation and landing page optimization.
- Regular use of AI-driven tools in a professional marketing environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000, equity participation, and comprehensive health benefits.
