Job description

Role overview

Altor Partners is hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to take ownership of demand generation and help build the growth function from the ground up. This is an individual contributor role where you will work alongside experienced operators, with a clearly defined ideal customer profile already in place.

The company operates a SaaS platform that gives private equity firms better visibility and control across portfolio companies, including performance, risk, strategic priorities, and value creation. The business has already achieved product-market fit, surpassed €1M in annual recurring revenue, defined its ICP, and is already seeing traction in the US.

The immediate focus is to sustain and grow pipeline through marketing activity that matches how private equity buyers actually make decisions: through trust, reputation, referrals, and access to the right conversations rather than generic content campaigns.

Location note: this position requires one in-person day in Cork every two weeks.

What you will do

  • Design and execute demand generation programs that reliably produce qualified MQLs and support SQL and revenue growth.
  • Turn sales activity and customer feedback into campaigns that sound authentic to the market rather than generic marketing language.
  • Strengthen the company’s visibility in AI-assisted discovery channels such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLM-based search tools by focusing on the right foundational and distribution work.
  • Grow the brand’s presence on software comparison sites, third-party platforms, and relevant industry media.
  • Develop practical, high-quality content for LinkedIn, email, the website, and customer communications to support outbound activity and events.
  • Work with leadership to create thought leadership content rooted in genuine market insight and real deal experience.
  • Help organize and support premium industry events across Europe and North America, including post-event follow-up that turns conversations into pipeline.
  • Use modern marketing tools and AI-driven workflows to raise output while maintaining quality.
  • Measure performance, report on results, and create repeatable processes that can be scaled.

What they are looking for

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or growth marketing, with startup or scale-up exposure considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent writing and editing ability, with a strong eye for clarity and detail.
  • A commercial approach to marketing, with attention on pipeline creation, conversion, and closed-won revenue.
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns from end to end.
  • Comfort working closely with sales and adjusting quickly when market feedback shows a message is not landing.
  • Interest in how AI is changing buyer behaviour, along with a willingness to test, learn, and execute.
  • Confidence representing the company professionally at in-person events.

Why this opportunity stands out

This is not a greenfield experiment with no momentum. The business already has strong product-market fit, more than €1M in ARR, a defined ICP, and evidence that the US market is responding. The work will be judged by meetings booked, deals advanced, and revenue closed rather than vanity metrics.

You will learn directly from founders who have scaled multiple startups, as well as from a sales team already active in the market and generating useful feedback every week. There is also a strong library of real sales calls and effective messaging to help you ramp quickly, while leaders will coach and challenge you early so you can build confidently and then take ownership.

If you want a role where your contribution is visible, speed and sound judgement matter, and you can help shape a marketing function during an important growth phase, this could be a strong fit.

Working arrangement

This is a full-time onsite position based in Ireland, with the requirement to attend one in-person day in Cork every two weeks.
