As a store colleague, you will play a key part in keeping the shopping experience positive by making sure products are available, shelves are organized, and customers receive friendly, knowledgeable help.

What you will do

• Support customers by keeping shelves stocked and responding to their needs on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain product displays and shelf areas according to company expectations.
• Scan items accurately, notice stock gaps, and help with ordering when inventory needs attention.
• Set up promotions and company-run programs in the department.
• Maintain clean, orderly department areas and follow health and safety requirements.

Experience and training

No prior experience is necessary. Training will be provided to help you get started successfully.

Job requirements

• Availability to work across different departments and shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain continuously mobile throughout the shift.

Additional information

This role is attached to an independently owned franchisee. Employment, if offered, will be with the franchisee rather than the parent company or its affiliates.

The hiring pay range for this position is $17.60 to $25.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on experience, knowledge, and the geographic region of the role.
