Overview
A growing, future-focused company is seeking a Graphic / Visual Designer to craft polished visual content that supports brand communication across multiple channels. The role calls for someone who can turn ideas and briefs into engaging creative work while staying aligned with established brand standards.
What you will work on
- Create branded visuals for a wide range of needs, including websites, worksheets, social posts, books, product packaging, events, and related materials.
- Develop visual concepts that help explain ideas and connect with members and audiences in a clear, engaging way.
- Produce graphics and other creative assets for the website, social media, and program delivery.
- Work from design briefs to understand the objective, scope, and deliverables for each assignment.
- Coordinate with the project manager to clarify deadlines and project expectations.
- Build concept options and draft layouts for review when needed.
- Design illustrations and other assets using tools such as Figma, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Edit branded video content using tools such as Descript, Riverside, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and similar software.
- Apply the correct brand colors, typography, and layout principles across all creative outputs.
- Check artwork across different formats and media to ensure consistency and quality.
- Keep creative files, brand assets, and output records organized and well documented.
- Revise designs based on feedback and finalize visuals that are attractive and on-brand.
- Join meetings as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work and illustration ability.
- Working knowledge of design tools and technologies, including Figma, Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured way and deliver within deadlines.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Video editing capability is preferred and considered a strong plus.
