About the Role
This position is for a highly organized, imaginative, and dependable assistant who can support a business development and marketing lead. Strong writing is not the main requirement, but you should be able to think creatively and use ChatGPT well to draft content and refine messaging.
The job blends executive support, social media and marketing assistance, and basic graphic design. You will be given examples, materials, and guidance, but you need to work efficiently, stay on top of details, and deliver consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Support for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Turn supplied ideas, content, and direction into posts and publish them.
- Adapt the same content to fit each platform’s format, tone, and style.
- Keep the posting schedule steady and the content pipeline well organized.
Graphic Design and Marketing Materials
- Create newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, and straightforward marketing visuals from provided information.
- Design polished, professional-looking assets that match the brand’s style.
Outreach and Business Development Support
- Prepare draft outreach messages for contacts such as therapists, colleges, and partners.
- Ensure every outreach message is reviewed and approved before it is sent.
- Track outreach activity in an organized way.
Organization and Task Management
- Handle several tasks at once without missing anything.
- Keep clear to-do lists, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Share regular progress updates and demonstrate dependable execution.
Requirements
- Strong command of English with clear, fluent communication and no reliance on machine translation.
- Good working knowledge of ChatGPT, since the employer’s account will be used.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Canva experience is required, and Adobe knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to adjust quickly when priorities change and learn fast.
- Highly organized, careful with details, and proactive in approach.
- Comfortable communicating over WhatsApp.
- Availability to work New York City hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
